Overview

Kalanggaman is a pretty sandbar island about an hour by boat from Malapascua, and a favourite day-trip destination. White sand, clear water and shallow coral gardens make it suitable for newer divers and for snorkellers.

The hard coral here is described as among the healthiest in the Visayas. It is a relaxed, scenic change from the shark and wall dives, and is often combined with other sites on a longer trip.
